Senior Restorative Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and lead the delivery of safe and effective restorative engagement processes.
- Lead program performance monitoring, including data analysis and synthesis
- Oversee and lead delivery of restorative engagement processes
The ideal candidate will have recent leadership experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to articulate and write logically. They will also have experience in participant-centred restorative practices, service coordination, trauma-informed practice, and working in complex therapeutic contexts.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing authoritative policy and program advice to the Senior Manager, Restorative Engagement
- Leading team responsible for delivering restorative engagement processes
Requirements:
- Recent leadership experience and strategic thinking
- Experience in participant-centred restorative practices and service coordination
- Technical understanding of trauma-informed practice and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Qualification or relevant experience in public policy, social work, equal opportunity, or psychology
- Experience working in government or victim support/case management desirable
