Job Title: Senior Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Restoration Specialist to oversee restoration services and represent our company's principles of honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all emergency services activities and oversee restoration services
  • Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished
  • Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Water Services, including extraction, drying plans, and project documentation
  • Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services, including deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups, and securing structures
  • Coordinate and supervise work on Mold Remediation, including demolition and cleaning
  • Oversee Equipment Maintenance and expendables, including maintaining MSDS sheets
  • Communicate with Management & Customers
  • Train and supervise emergency services technicians and assistant technicians
  • Maintain relationship with adjusters and communicate updates as needed
  • Perform on-call rotation as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must hold IICRC certifications in Water Restoration Technician, ASD, Fire & Smoke Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation (PDR Certification), Carpet & Upholstery Technician (PO Certification)
  • High School diploma or equivalency; valid Driver's License; copy of current driving history issued by DMV
