Job Description

This role requires 73.50 hours of work per fortnight, with options for flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities include:

Executive Support
  • Providing high-level support to senior leadership and facilitating effective communication.
  • Managing confidential matters, coordinating meetings, and administering correspondence with discretion.
Administrative Tasks
  • Preparing accurate and secure documents, agendas, and board papers.
  • Ensuring materials are available on time, monitoring action items, and providing advice on deadlines and policies.
Communication and Liaison
  • Managing diaries and liaising with external stakeholders and Government entities.
  • Coordinating facilities operations to ensure safe and compliant working environments.
Contract Management
  • Administering lease contracts for four tenancies statewide.
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring timely processing of lease agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including Government agencies and the public.
  • Providing information, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining workflows.
Contractor Management
  • Maintaining a comprehensive Contractor Management Register.
  • Collating licenses and insurances of contractors and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Marketing Support
  • Providing high-level support to the Marketing team as needed.
  • Ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution of initiatives.
