Strategic Finance Business Partner

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a central role in building and uplifting FP&A capability across the organisation. Your expertise in leading the month-end reporting and forecasting process will be invaluable in helping drive business performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Are you a qualified accountant with 8+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A? Do you have advanced skills in using FP&A tools beyond Excel, prioritisation and project management, and a passion for developing and improving processes?
