Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide emotional and social support to our residents. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents while assisting with daily life activities
  • Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing, and dressing
  • Assist with mobility using mechanical lifting aids
  • Participate in mealtimes and social activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience in a similar role in aged care
  • Genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion for working with elderly people
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
