Sample Preparation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to coordinate sample preparation, compounding, and shipping to our valued customers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the seamless management of this critical process. Responsibilities include logging and coordinating sampling, labeling, packaging, preparing shipping documentation, and overseeing the collection of samples for both local and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and following quality procedures
  • Picking finish products and raw materials and recording product and batch information
  • Compounding/mixing small batches in the lab
  • Completing label and shipping paperwork
  • Cleaning and daily housekeeping

Requirements:

  • High school or entry level university equivalent education
  • Minimum 1 year of related laboratory, production, hospitality or shipping/despatch experience in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industry within New Zealand
  • Knowledge of GMP standard
