Job Overview

The Systems Integration Lab Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of a cutting-edge Systems Integration Lab (SIL). This position is responsible for overseeing the lab's infrastructure, network, and business applications, guaranteeing their stability, integrity, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain lab procedures and best practices to facilitate efficient software and hardware testing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, and regulatory standards, including data protection, access control, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Effectively manage SIL assets, encompassing acquisition, storage, distribution, movement, and disposal.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external vendors to coordinate integration efforts, resolve technical issues, and optimize logistics processes.

Requirements
