Job Opportunity: General Assembly

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Hand/Assembler. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand and air-compressed power tools, as well as basic welding skills. Prior experience in assembly, trimming, or similar items is highly advantageous.

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of metal components, disassembling and reassembling seats, and performing other general assembly and manufacturing duties as required. You will also be expected to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Use of hand and air-compressed power tools
  • Assembly of metal components
  • Disassembling and reassembling seats
  • Other general assembly and manufacturing duties as required
  • Basic welding skills advantageous but not essential
  • Prior experience in assembly, trimming, or similar items is an advantage
  • The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • An excellent understanding of WHS standards and policies

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.08 per hour, plus superannuation, and Friday overtime pay. We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
