About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional services to key clients and investors.

You will have a talent for understanding and anticipating clients' needs, maintaining accurate CRM databases, and providing high-quality reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client relationship managers to deliver services to key clients and investors
  • Maintain accurate CRM databases and provide high-quality reporting and analysis
  • Provide input and support throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop stakeholder management skills and expand your network

Requirements:

  • Self-starting individual with a passion for building relationships
  • Interest in financial services and knowledge of the stock market
  • Able to work collaboratively across different people and personalities
  • Adaptable with a natural ability to adjust to change
  • Desire to learn and understand the securities industry and associated regulatory environments
