We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Your Role

As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of leads through creative and forward-thinking approaches. This includes video, LinkedIn, mail, tailored emails, and self-led lead generation and opportunity creation through robust prospect research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to approach prospects and secure meetings with RG Engagement Consultants.
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of new business and maintain engagement with prospects.
  • Conduct needs analysis during discovery calls to uncover key people challenges and adapt conversations to discuss products that solve these challenges.
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs and weekly activity metrics while building strong relationships with researchers, sales consultants, and wider business teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Participate in networking events to drive business development and external networking.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales with consultative selling skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and ability to showcase success.
  • Confidence in running multi-step, multi-channel outreach efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, including email writing, call execution, and LinkedIn building.
  • Pride in attention to detail and staying on top of territory and momentum with the right accounts.
  • Curious and insightful, with the ability to dig into each prospect's world and tailor solutions that stick.
