We are seeking a highly skilled technician to join our team in the field of solar module reliability and testing. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and certify next-generation solar modules
  • Assist in the fabrication of solar modules and operate commercial-scale and lab testing equipment
  • Contribute to the development of quality management systems and troubleshoot testing equipment
  • Participate in outdoor solar module installation and testing, and engage in other R&D activities as required

The ideal candidate will have hands-on lab experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements and addressing issues.

Responsibilities include working closely with our team to test and analyze data, procuring necessary testing equipment, preparing and managing Bills of Materials, and ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our solar modules.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Solar Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline
  • Hands-on lab experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
