Compassionate Enrolled Nurse Required

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled enrolled nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Mandurah, Falcon, Greenfields area.

As an enrolled nurse with Right at Home, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously or within a team environment, and have a passion for providing high-quality care in a community setting.

Job Description:
  • Deliver clinical in-home services including care plan assessment, medication management, incontinence care, wound management, chronic disease management, and palliative care.
  • Supervise non-clinical team members in a community setting and conduct client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care.
  • Coordinate the provision of quality person-centred care according to client needs, service/care plans, and available funding.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Enrolled Nurse
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Australian National Police check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Smart mobile phone (iPhone or Android)
Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
