Human Resources Generalist

Penrite Oil is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join its HR team. As a true generalist, you will provide support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
This role will drive engagement initiatives and employee benefit programs while ensuring maintenance of data within the HRIS software.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation, best practice, and organisational needs.
- Communicate, explain and enforce company policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff and HR Business Partner.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, working alongside the HR & Recruitment Coordinator.
- Manage and monitor the payroll inbox.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
- Onboard and induct new employees for a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and wellbeing programs.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with external providers as required.
