Job Title: Passenger Service Associate
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of passenger services, meeting the needs of client airlines.
- Perform passenger check-in duties and other tasks related to passenger services for customer airlines.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort during disrupted or delayed services.
- Adhere to OH & S Regulations and Company Policies to guarantee the safety of passengers and colleagues.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service-oriented roles.
- Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations successfully.
