Job Title: TPD Claims Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled TPD Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Total & Permanent Disablement team, you will be responsible for managing TPD claims from initial instruction to settlement. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and cases, and will be supported by a team of experienced lawyers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TPD claims from initial instruction to settlement
  • Conduct legal research and provide technical legal advice
  • Liaise with clients, super funds, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Brief counsel and attend court/settlement conferences

Requirements:

  • Admitted solicitor (or soon to be)
  • Minimum 12 months experience managing TPD claims
  • Strong legal research skills and client-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
