Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our Occupational Therapy team. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and management abilities.

  • This position involves supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
  • You will be responsible for delivering training, induction and supervision as required, completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback, attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training, completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases, developing well-written reports and management plans and driving growth and market share in your region.
Key Responsibilities:

This role requires working across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community and/or offices. You will work closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • An Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration (or the ability to become registered).
  • A car and licence.
  • A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
  • Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other complex diagnoses.
  • Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
