What You'll Do :
Carry out treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve residents' functional abilities
Support residents with daily activities that enhance independence and confidence
Document resident progress clearly and timely
Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure personalized care
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and exercises
Promote a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment
What You Bring :
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license in the State of Ohio
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
A passion for helping older adults achieve their goals
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is a plus—but not required
