Chief Growth Officer

A pioneering animal nutrition company seeks a visionary leader to drive sales growth, expand B2B networks, and build strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.

This role requires a proven track record in sales and business development, combined with strong business leadership and technical credibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams, managing P&L, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will:

  • Drive sales growth across domestic and international markets by developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Expand and manage B2B distributor networks, independent retailers, and institutional customers to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and build brand awareness.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Chief Growth Officer will be expected to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the science behind the company's product range to communicate effectively with stakeholders and advocate for the brand.
  • Leverage credibility to influence purchasing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 15+ employees, including blue-collar production staff, to achieve commercial targets and deliver operational efficiency and quality standards.
