As a key support partner to senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Executive Unit.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, maintaining office systems, and delivering exceptional customer service to high-level executives.

  • Undertake high-level coordination and administrative support
  • Monitor workflow processes, approval procedures, and quality assurance of documents
  • Provide professional coordination and administrative assistance
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Valid working rights within Australia
  • Experience in or ability to provide high-level administrative services
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software and electronic records management systems (EDRMS/TRIM)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Co-ordination of executive meetings and events
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Management of calendars and travel arrangements
  • Development and maintenance of office policies and procedures
