About The Role

This opportunity offers a unique chance to work as a strategic support partner to our Chief Customer Officer (CCO). You will be responsible for managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion, while gaining exposure to senior leadership and the industry.

The role requires providing high-level administrative support, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, and ensuring smooth operations across the Customer Group.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CCO
  • Coordinating diary management and meeting arrangements for the CCO and senior leaders
  • Providing clear and accurate reporting to the CCO on relevant risk and compliance requirements
