Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our climate strategy and make a positive impact on the environment. As Head of Climate, you will play a key role in shaping our sustainability agenda and delivering innovative solutions that support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our climate strategy, aligning with global best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate climate considerations into our business processes and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our climate-related risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our Group Environmental Policy, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
  • Oversee the implementation of our net zero roadmap, including resource efficiency and emissions reduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate climate-related disclosures and responses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent our organization in relevant forums and working groups, promoting our climate leadership credentials.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in climate change, biodiversity, and sustainability, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and roadmaps.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
