Job Title: Senior Building Quality Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Quality Officer to join our team.

This role is responsible for maintaining, updating and amending the Primary School Brief and Secondary School Planning Guide in liaison with relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will also undertake building design and documentation reviews, research and development of technical guidelines, manuals, templates and project briefs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the team, other departments and external agencies. They will also be detail oriented and technically minded, with knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of education buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, update and amend the Primary School Brief and Secondary School Planning Guide.
  • Undertake building design and documentation reviews.
  • Research and develop technical guidelines, manuals, templates and project briefs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, other departments and external agencies.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Detail oriented and technically minded.
  • Knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of education buildings.
