Our organization is currently seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to teams, professionals, and client agencies on design, building quality, standards, tender documentation, and evaluation of non-residential Government building projects.

A key aspect of this role will be to demonstrate expertise in architectural design, with experience across a range of non-residential Government buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design reviews, building design and documentation reviews, technical guidelines, briefs, and post-occupancy evaluations.

The ability to work collaboratively to support the delivery of quality built outcomes for the community is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders.

This role operates in the context of Leading Others, requiring motivation and enablement of others to deliver high-quality work. The successful candidate will balance time between doing the work and coaching, and provide clear direction and feedback.
