About the Role

The Demand Planner will be responsible for ensuring that inventory availability meets future customer demand. This involves generating a rolling demand plan, ensuring inventory levels are in line with company policy, and maintaining inventory integrity across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generation of a rolling demand plan in a seasonal, highly promotional environment
  • Ensuring inventory availability for a large and diverse customer base
  • Maintaining inventory integrity through cross-functional communication and analysis
  • Optimising stock turns while minimising slow-moving and obsolete lines

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Demand Planner role in a fast-paced planning environment
  • Demand and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Advanced Excel skills
