- Mentor investigation team members in best practices, promoting continuous professional development.
- Provide guidance on misconduct matters to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and impartiality.
- Engage with external investigators as needed, collaborating to resolve complex issues.
- Possess qualifications in Law, Human Resources, or equivalent fields.
- Demonstrate extensive relevant experience, ideally in large, complex organisations.
- Proven track record in managing and resolving misconduct matters, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop highly effective written communication skills.
- Conduct sensitive, person-centred workplace investigations, interpreting relevant policies and legislation.
