Job Title

A Premium Commercial Office Asset Manager is required to join a leading national property services business. This is a short-term assignment offering up to $65 per hour including superannuation.

The ideal candidate will have previous or current experience in an operational or maintenance-style role within a commercial property environment, with a strong focus on tenant satisfaction, compliance, and the efficient management of building services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the asset, ensuring efficient running of all building services.
  • Oversee and manage contractors, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality performance.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditure, delivering cost-effective outcomes in line with operational targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reporting to maintain high standards of compliance and risk management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely rectification of maintenance issues and proactive management of building systems.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management across commercial assets.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and statutory obligations.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and service providers.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
