We are seeking a highly organized and effective Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team. This role requires a minimum 12 months' experience in a luxury hotel environment, strong guest and team relations skills, and a professional image at all times.

About You
  • A passionate and vibrant hospitality professional with a sense of urgency and high energy levels
  • Able to effectively manage priorities and handle tasks carefully and correctly
  • Displaying versatility in responding to guest requests and situations while remaining calm and effective in high-volume work situations
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for explaining the menu and beverage list to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and recommending beverages. They will also use Micros to place orders, liaise with the outlet Kitchen teams on special requests, clear and reset tables, and maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
