Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's front office with a high level of customer service provided at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and lead the front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and challenges effectively.

In the absence of senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel with a high level of customer service. You will actively resolve guest complaints and challenges presented to reach positive outcomes. Ensure visible presence on the front desk and lobby during key times.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or hotel management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Guest-obsessed focus with ability to navigate change and provide quick-thinking solutions.
  • Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will hold relevant certifications such as Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid, and Food Safety Supervisor training.
