Director of Digital Health

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in digital health and transformation to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help us develop innovative strategies for system managers and healthcare providers, driving growth and reputation in the health sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital and technology strategies to drive business success.
  • Create future state operating models to align with strategic goals, improving efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
  • Conduct options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
  • Manage technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.
  • Support business development activities that directly impact our growth and reputation.
  • Take on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed quantitative analysis for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital health and transformation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management certification (desirable).
  • Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
