About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Media Manager to join our team at IPG Mediabrands. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients, advising on the best media strategy and fulfilling campaign implementation via DSP trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our agency team and direct clients to become a trusted source of trading knowledge, owning the trading relationship of a client portfolio.
  • Drive Trading Vision: Work to drive an overall trading vision for the client, driving the wider trading team to bring this to life.
  • Client Presentations: Work with the Client Advisory team to push for client presentations showcasing trading outcomes, thought leadership work, etc.
  • Knowledge Gap Identification: Identify direct reports' knowledge gaps to familiarize with Kinesso solutions.
  • Campaign KPI Fulfillment: Lead campaign KPI fulfillment on behalf of client portfolio. Collaborate with Client Advisory team to extract optimal campaign performance, fulfill client objectives, and hero campaign results through an insights-led approach.
  • AdTech Vendor Management: Manage relationships with AdTech vendors and media partners to remain at the forefront of technology.
  • IO Requirements: Ensure IO requirements are correctly implemented in DSP consoles.
  • Pixels and Beacons: Generate and distribute pixels/beacons for DSPs.
  • Daily Statistical Analysis: Use DSP and Ad-Server data for daily statistical analysis.
  • Post-Campaign Activities: Track, measure, and analyze early post-campaign activities and troubleshoot as required.
  • Campaign Status Communication: Communicate campaign status to Client Service teams.
  • Performance Reports: Generate and deliver performance reports using a variety of advanced tools.
About You:
  • Programmatic Media Experience: 2+ years of experience in programmatic media, including working with DSPs such as DV360, Trade Desk, or other.
  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Experience planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns within DSPs.
  • Digital Strategy and Presentation: Confident in creating digital strategy and presenting insights to clients.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced excel skills, data visualization, charting, and analysis.
  • Detail Work Management: Ability to organize and manage detail work campaign performance.
  • Ad Networks and Exchanges: Solid understanding of ad networks, exchanges, or auction marketplaces.
  • Digital Landscape: Understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
  • Team Player: The ability to have fun and work collaboratively as part of a team.
