About this role

  • Partner with our Remediation Project Manager to design and refine a remediation process for a known business issue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quick remediation outcomes for our impacted customers.
  • This role requires strong business, process, and data analysis skills, with a focus on customer service, risk management, and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to document requirements and support process design.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop process improvements and implement changes.
  • Work with analysts to create clear process documentation and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support planning, testing, and change management activities.
  • Participate in Agile Communities of Practice and contribute to improving Agile practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in remediation projects or complex customer-facing transformation projects.
  • Proven Business Analyst experience with a track record of delivering system and non-system oriented end-to-end development processes.
  • Practical application of Lean and Six Sigma process improvement tools.
  • Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and documenting as-is and to-be process/business requirements.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
