Senior Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our remedial engineering operations in the Victorian region.

  • This role will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technical staff across remedial and cathodic protection design projects.
  • You will oversee the delivery of maintenance and monitoring contracts, drive business development, and build strong client relationships within the Victorian market.
  • Additionally, you will provide technical and commercial oversight of projects and coordinate with national teams as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, preferably with exposure to remedial works and cathodic protection.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience is essential.
  • Strong engineering design and project management skills are required.
  • You should have commercial and financial acumen, as well as the ability to operate autonomously and lead the local strategy.
  • Local industry knowledge and market familiarity are also highly valued.
