Environmental Remediation Specialist

The Environmental Auditor will provide specialist advice on contaminated land and conduct quality assurance reviews of audit reports containing complex technical scientific information and processes.
They will deal with highly complex or sensitive scientific information regarding site remediation and management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the Environmental Audit program, including the review of the scope of audits and preliminary risk screen assessments submitted prior to audits.
- Ensure compliance with audit conditions consistent with the requirements of environmental legislation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Engineering, Science or a related field.
- Technical specialist expertise in contaminated land and groundwater remediation processes and the management of pollution from industrial sources.
- Understanding of relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
