We are seeking a skilled Health Services Consultant to join our team in NSW. This role involves providing health and wellbeing services to clients through early intervention framework, supporting injured or ill individuals in accessing appropriate healthcare.

About the Role

This is a casual position, requiring the consultant to work on various tasks such as:

  • Providing injury prevention and wellbeing services, including ergonomic assessments and general health initiatives.
  • Triage of new injuries or illnesses, both work and non-work related.
  • Following up with clients post-triage, including organisation of medical appointments and liaison with stakeholders.
  • Undertaking administration activities relating to claim processes where necessary.
  • Collaborating with other consultants and stakeholders to assess client requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in nursing or allied health, and have experience in mental health care and coordination. Excellent communication skills, clinical assessment abilities, and the capacity to develop rapport with clients over telehealth are also essential.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
