We are currently seeking a skilled Property Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple services through digital platforms and liaising closely with site teams, contractors, and portfolio managers to ensure an effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving a variety of enquiries for owners, tenants, property managers, and building managers
  • Administering our Operational platform by assigning site works requests to contractors
  • Setting up and verifying properties for maintenance and repairs
