As a proactive and energetic property portfolio coordinator, you will manage our new and existing properties on a day-to-day basis. This involves setting up new properties to ensure a high level of guest experience and ensuring our internal teams have all required data to service the properties.
The role requires administrative tasks including capturing property information, creating manuals, data entry, coordinating plans as required by the projects team, property preparation, onsite tasks, liaising with external contractors and stakeholders, and warehouse and inventory management.
Responsibilities:- Administrative tasks such as capturing property information, creating manuals, data entry, and coordinating plans with the projects team.
- Property preparation: site visits, quality inspections, procurement, and working with the design and property onboarding team.
- Onsite tasks including assisting the property onboarding team in coordinating installations and property setup, defect and maintenance reporting, and liaising with external contractors and stakeholders.
- Warehouse and inventory management, including reporting back to the projects, property onboarding, and operation teams regularly with any issues within our properties.
- Possibility for domestic and international travel.
- A positive and energetic personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
