Research Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Officer to join our team at the Children's Cancer Institute. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in advancing our understanding of childhood cancer and developing new treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in embryonal cancer therapy and prevention, including single cell RNA sequencing and experimental work.
- Develop and implement novel combination therapies and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results in experimental work.
- Contribute to high-quality publications and present research data at conferences and seminars.
- Train and supervise students, ensuring they meet regulatory guidelines and Institute policies.
- PhD in a relevant scientific medical field.
- Experience in molecular and cellular biology, with a focus on childhood cancer.
- Strong bioinformatics skills and experience working with animal models.
- Ability to design and conduct experiments independently and in a team environment.
- Advanced computer skills and a commitment to conducting experiments involving humans, animals, and GMOs under strict ethical and regulatory guidelines.
