Located in the heart of Canberra City, we have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Property Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of property management principles.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of success in managing rental arrears, negotiating lease renewals and rent increases, handling end-of-lease terminations, processing bond claims, and resolving tenant complaints.

This position involves close collaboration with the Business Development Manager, Head of Property Management, and Senior Property Investment Manager to achieve outstanding results.
