Commercial Property Manager and Negotiator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager and Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial real estate agency, you will be responsible for managing commercial properties, negotiating rents, and building strong relationships with owners.

About the Role
  • Market analysis and rent renegotiation
  • Commercial property inspections and negotiations
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants
  • Providing general property management support, including correspondence as required by the portfolio manager
  • Negotiating existing leases and contracts
Requirements
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in property management, either residential or commercial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An outgoing and personable demeanor
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role
