Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Licensee to join our team in Canberra. As a flagship ACT employee, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end luxury apartments and overseeing operational duties in property management, finance, leasing, and asset management.

You will work closely with executives to build a wider property team and develop business strategies to drive growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include tenant and client communications, building relationships through referrals and previous property dealings, recruitment and team management, and marketing duties.

  • A Real Estate Licence
  • Demonstrated exposure within the ACT property market
