Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of engineering professionals as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Engineer. The successful candidate will support our digital design and construction workflows by creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, as well as experience in model coordination, clash detection, and BIM execution plans. They will also be familiar with construction documentation and project lifecycle workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate and coordinated BIM models for various disciplines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design inputs and resolve coordination issues.
  • Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans to ensure consistency across project teams and disciplines.
  • Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
  • Provide BIM-related technical support to project teams and train staff on BIM tools and workflows as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling or coordination, preferably in a consulting or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360, Civil 3D, or other relevant tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and project lifecycle workflows is essential.
