As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models across various projects.

About the Role
  • You will coordinate and manage HVAC BIM models throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to guarantee model accuracy and clash-free delivery.
  • You will implement and uphold BIM standards and workflows across projects, maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, drafters, and project teams on BIM-related processes, enhancing their skills and productivity.
  • Review, update, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards, ensuring seamless operations.
About You
  • Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  • A mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services is required.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills are necessary to liaise with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, are highly valued.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage HVAC BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
