BIM Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementing and managing BIM technologies, as well as designing and developing BIM solutions using relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer BIM systems, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and other solutions.
  • Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain BIM solutions using relevant technologies.
  • Create comprehensive BIM systems documentation.
  • Promote, educate, and support primary design technology applications.
  • Develop technical solutions, scripts, or programs using BIM API and SDKs such as Revit and Autodesk Platform Services.
  • Coordinate information management, metadata, and classification codes with asset databases.
  • Perform BIM data QA/QC and analysis.
  • Provide BIM technical support to project teams.
  • Establish and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows regionally.
  • Train internal and external teams in BIM software, procedures, and best practices.

You will work on challenging problems with a diverse team of engineers, security experts, operations managers, and more, maintaining high standards for safety, security, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with BIM programs and systems.
  • 3+ years working with Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • 2+ years using BIM API and SDKs.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related STEM field.
  • Experience with BIM integrations and third-party APIs like Autodesk Platform Services.
  • Knowledge of AI, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and programming languages.
