IT Professional Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide onsite assistance to end-users within our organization's desktop computing environment.

  • Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals issues
  • Manage hardware/software installation and maintenance
  • Provide printer support and MS Office tool installation/troubleshooting

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical abilities, including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, PC laptop hardware, and mobile devices
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent IT qualifications

This is a part-time position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as excellent customer service and people skills.
