Role Overview

The Property Assessor (Desktop) will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling property claims from start to finish, and delivering timely outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of property claims and serve as the primary point of contact for insured parties
  • Evaluate claims assessments in accordance with established codes of practice
  • Liaise with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing insurance claims or relevant trade background/qualifications is essential
  • Demonstrated resilience when dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Proven technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
