Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support department, you will provide expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their desktops and applications run smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first- and second-level technical support for customer issues
  • Collaborating with vendors to resolve complex technical problems
  • Communicating issue status and resolution to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of all reported incidents

You will work closely with our network and server teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Your ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues will be essential to the success of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Cisco Jabber
  • Experience with printer installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Basic understanding of network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
