Lead Research Director
We are seeking an accomplished academic leader to spearhead our research centre. This role offers a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual with a strong track record in chemistry and drug discovery.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in leading high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving innovation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of group leaders, staff, and HDR students in achieving research excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive partnerships and commercialize research outputs.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and collaborators.
Requirements:
- PhD in chemistry or related field.
- At least 15 years of expert knowledge and research outcomes in chemistry.
- Proven track record of commercializing research outputs and developing strategic partnerships.
- Experience in academic leadership and partnership development.
