Fitness First Club Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Membership Growth Specialist to join our team at Fitness First. As a Sales and Membership Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and sales through proactive outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A problem-solving mindset, providing solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
- A gift for communication, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
- Drive, goal-focused, and continuously looking for new ways to excel
- A team player, able to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
