      What You'll Be Doing

Pregnancy Family Meetings are a collaborative frontline program between Department of Communities & Justice Western Sydney Nepean /Blue Mountains District (DCJ) and Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) that uses family meetings to promote early engagement and interagency planning with pregnant women at risk of their babies entering out of home care at birth.

The program is voluntary and offered to pregnant women who are linked in with DCJ who meet ROSH (Risk of Significant Harm) and who are also having their antenatal and birthing care through one of WSLHD's Hospitals.
