Adult Social Work Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Adult Social Workers to join our teams across various service areas, including Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding, Mental Health, and Intervention & Crisis Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective care plans to support adults with diverse needs.
  • Provide safeguarding support, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and managing risk effectively.
  • Collaborate with individuals to promote independence, well-being, and positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with multi-agency teams, including health professionals, housing services, and legal professionals.
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvements through data-driven insights.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Social Work England).
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding, Mental Health, Forensic, or Crisis Intervention.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
